For his latest creation, visual artist Nash[MONEY] teamed up with Alt. Hip-Hopper [MF] DOOM and iconic sneaker company PUMA. Fresh off the heels of the Air Force 1 "Sneaker Speakers" (Feb. 2011), Nash melded yet another set of rubber soles/soundsystem. - A truly perfect combination for die-hard Hip-Hop/Sneakerheads!
Working alongside Metal Fingers himself, Nash managed to wire controls and lights through an over-sized pair of PUMA Suedes. Stylistically, they include some of DOOM's favourite features: "Shiny silver stuff, comics, villains, red LED's, Geometry, gems, rubies, Sci-Fi, gadgets, modern architecture, and metal shit."
The release of the PUMA Suede "Sneaker Speakers" was set up as to coincide with the latest issue of Sneaker Freaker (magazine). The Online Edition of Issue #21 includes further detailed images and additional information on the converted sneakers. Pick up a physical copy of Issue #21 over here, for the reasonable price of $7.99.
