xIron Sharpens Ironx (CREDIT: Shauna Ingersoll) xIron Sharpens Ironx (xISIx) is a Blackened Hardcore/Metal band from Muskegon, Michigan formed from the remnants and pieces of multiple music endeavors. Its current line-up features lead vocalist/guitarist Larry Passenier, lead guitarist/vocalist Jason Ingersoll, bass player Jeff Hostetler, and drummer Adam Eklund. xISIx has morphed into a full-fledge band since the release of The Tragedy of Mankind EP (2020,) which was essentially a one-man band with Passenier playing every instrument himself. "Emotion Over Sincerity" is the first single to be released from their upcoming EP, The Aftermath of Tragedy, and was recorded right in Muskegon, via Exit Door Productions by guitarist and secondary vocalist Jason Ingersoll. XREDLINEX is a Chicago-based Straight Edge Hardcore/Punk started by Marko Karacic, formerly of 90's SWedish/Chicago Post-hardcore band Blindside . Karacic brought on both current and ex-members of 2Minute Minor, Colt Snuffer & The Dead Horsemen, Life Force, Monroe, October Bird of Death, To Live As Sons, Vangard, What's Your Damage?, xIron Sharpens Ironx, and ZAO. XREDLINEX's current line-up features Karacic on guitar along with frontman Wiley "Murder" Willis, bassist Mic Cox, guitarist Joshua "Josh" Conlee, and drummer Larry Passenier. 2Minute Minor (2MM) is a old school-style American Hardcore Punk band heavily influenced by 80's Hardcore and the working class Oi! sound. They typically mix in a message of positivity and unity into their music. 2Minute Minor's members are advocates for human rights and formed the band in Chicago, Illinois. 2MM have released a number of albums, EP's, and singles since their initial formation around 2017. Their most recent release being 8-bit Remixes, which was remixed and orchestrated by now-departed drummer Zach Bridier.
