Wavves' new (tour-celebrating) split 7" with girlfriend, Best Coast is out soon. "Summer Is Forever"'s tracklist features a new song from each band - "When You Wake Up" and "Stained Glass (Won't You Let Me Into Yr Heart?)" The digital-release additionally features a track from each band's debut, along with a track from tourmates, No Joy. Wavves' King of the Beach, Best Coast's Crazy for You, and No Joy's Ghost Blond are all out now. Catch the trio of Lo-Fi bands in a city near you.

I think it's pretty safe to say that The Weeknd (Abel Tesfaye) comfortably teeters the fine line between glitched-out smooth New Age R&B and hard-hitting Hip-Hop ; while the same could arguably be said for 16-year-old New Zealand new-comer, Lorde .
